A Day-of Coordinator is the key to turning months of planning into an organized, polished, and stress-free event experience. Rather than spending the day arranging decor, managing vendors, tracking the timeline, and handling unexpected issues, clients can relax and be fully present while a professional oversees the details behind the scenes.

The short answer is: your venue coordinator works for the venue, and your Day-of Coordinator works for YOU. These roles have different responsibilities, and they complement—not replace each other.
A Venue Coordinator prioritizes and manages the venue itself. They oversee the facility, coordinate with their in-house staff, ensure the space is ready, and handle anything related to the venue's operations.
Your Day-of Coordinator is dedicated to every detail of your wedding. We communicate with ALL your vendors, keep the day running on schedule, troubleshoot unexpected issues, and make sure your vision comes together exactly as you planned. We focus on your experience as a whole, and are the key to protecting the time, energy and investment you’ve already put in to the event.
